Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using exmee.com ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Blue Strings Company, s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic (IČO: 51794268).

1. The Service

EXMEE provides an online cognitive assessment consisting of 30 questions across spatial, numerical, logical, and visual reasoning. The free test returns a performance band and estimated score range. A detailed Premium Report is available as a paid digital product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service (16 if you are located in the EU/EEA). By using the Service you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

4. Paid Services & Payments

The Premium Report is a digital product delivered electronically to the email address you provide. The current price is $12.90 (or local currency equivalent). Prices are subject to change; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund on all purchases of the Premium Report, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@exmee.com and we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

The IQ score provided by EXMEE is an estimate for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for a professionally administered psychometric assessment and should not be used for clinical, employment, educational, or diagnostic decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUE STRINGS COMPANY, S.R.O. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including test questions, graphics, software, algorithms, and branding — is the exclusive property of Blue Strings Company, s.r.o. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

US customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

EU/EEA customers: These Terms are additionally subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email for ODR purposes: support@exmee.com.

All other customers: Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
